The body is basically in good condition with the paintwork cut back and re-sprayed when I had the V8 upgrade done in 2004. The breaks are very poor but may just need new pads or linings (I'm not a mechanic). The headlights don't pop up when switched on (but the lights operate) but they do pop up and down when the 'flash' is activated. The clutch, gearbox and diff are okay. The engine starts easily and has plenty of power, but overheats easily. The cabin is poor and nothing therein has been upgraded. The driver's seat is particularly bad.
I bought the car new in the latter half of 1980 (it's a one-owner vehicle) and for a lot of the time since it has been my main mode of transport. Now (in my 80's) I find I prefer a higher vehicle that has air conditioning, power steering and other modern amenities.
Regarding price, I haven't any idea. I'll leave that open, or you might suggest something. I can be contacted on my mobile at 0419 011 027, or by email.
