BBQ – Saturday 12th June from 10.00am
The date for the June monthly club meeting of 9th June clashes with the first State of Origin game, consequentially the committee have taken the decision to cancel this meeting and replace it with a Saturday morning meeting and BBQ on 12th June from 10.00 am
The free BBQ and drinks will be funded by from the Mac’s Bridge account as a special thank you to all the club members who assisted in making this the largest and most successful Mac’s show in recent history. This will be primarily a social event with a short sharp meeting to update members on the numbers from the show and feedback from attendees.
As we will require numbers attending for catering purposes, can those attending confirm by Monday 7th June.
